All in the Family offers the HHA Program as an alternative pathway for those not enrolled or not eligible for the CCA Program. Additionally, Community Case Management members may choose the HHA Program if they meet the eligibility criteria for HHA services.
This program envelops essential daily care in the familiar rhythm of home, nurturing comfort and well-being of our members. Through training and certification, caregivers are prepared to provide safe, compassionate support in these essential daily tasks.

To qualify for the HHA Program, the following criteria must be met:
The individual must be enrolled in a primary or secondary healthcare insurance plan that fully covers home health aide services.
Please note, IHS must be a contracted provider with your healthcare insurance plan
The individual must require hands-on support with at least two Activities of Daily Living.
These activities include:
Bathing
Personal hygiene
Dressing
Grooming
Feeding
Transfer/ Mobility assistance
Toileting
No Duplicative Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Services.
Members are not prohibited from having active PCA services while receiving HHA services. However, tasks and services authorized under each program must not be duplicative.
If a member has prior PCA approval or is currently receiving PCA services, please notify us.

Once submitted, a member of our team will follow up with you to begin the next steps in the enrollment process.
If you are unsure about eligibility for CCM:
Please visit our CCA Program page for more information and contact CCM to establish eligibility.
Transitioning from the HHA Program to the CCA Program:
If your child or loved one is enrolled in the HHA program but later becomes eligible for CCM, they can transfer to the CCA program.

Meet Basic Requirements
Be at least 18 years old
Be legally allowed to work in the U.S
Be in good standing (not on any exclusion list)
Complete Required Training
Finish the necessary training or competency evaluation for your role
Complete mandatory In-Service training annually
Follow Supervision Guidelines
Expect in-person supervision check-ins every 2 months by a registered nurse
Keep Accurate Records
Document your services via state required Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Report any changes in the member's condition
This includes hospital admissions and insurance changes
Adhere to Agency Policies
Follow all agency rules and procedures
Respect member rights and maintain confidentiality
